Responsibilities
- Customer Account Setup: Receive customer contracts and accurately enter information into company accounting systems.
- Billing and Invoicing: Create and distribute customer invoices according to contract terms and payment schedules.
- Payment Processing: Collect, process, and accurately record customer payments.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and perform related tasks to ensure accounting records remain complete and accurate.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Service & Warranty, and Customer Care teams to facilitate timely payment collection and account resolution.
- Lending Partner Coordination: Work with financing and lending partners to support the efficient flow of funds.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer account inquiries professionally and provide exceptional service throughout the payment process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of accounting, accounts receivable, account management, or a related field; or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Accounting Knowledge: Experience performing general accounting functions, including posting accounting entries and reconciling accounts.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately interpret billing terms and process financial transactions with a high degree of precision.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of banking processes, financing arrangements, and common lending terminology.
- Customer Focus : Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with multiple departments to achieve shared goals.
- Organization: Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Work Environment: Office-based role involving extended periods of computer use, sitting, and data entry.
- Schedule: Standard work week is 40 hours, Monday-Friday during the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm. Occasional overtime may be approved based on business needs.
