As part of our continuous expansion and rapid business growth, we are looking for a driven and ambitious Account Manager (AM) professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our partnerships, driving revenue, and contributing directly to the company’s success.

Job Description (Account Manager)

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients/brands to ensure long-term partnership
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients in handling campaigns and ongoing projects
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance (traffic, conversion, GMV, ROI)
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, creator, ads, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients regarding campaign performance
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues, feedback, and improvement areas
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining service quality
  • Support achievement of revenue and GMV targets from existing accounts

Job Specification (Requirements)

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or related roles (agency background is a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience in handling clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance (GMV, conversion, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to identify business opportunities from existing clients (upsell & growth)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with digital marketing / performance marketing (TikTok, ads, influencer, etc.) is a plus
  • Target-oriented and responsible for client performance & retention
