Leader MCN (Multi-Channel Network)

• Develop and manage a network of creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Design and execute creator growth & monetization strategies (ads, brand deals, live commerce, affiliate)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and talents
• Analyze content and campaign performance (views, engagement, conversion, revenue)
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Brand Partnership, Marketing)
• Establish and improve talent management systems (onboarding, contracts, KPIs)

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in MCN, influencer marketing, or digital agency
• Strong understanding of the creator economy & social commerce landscape
• Deep knowledge of TikTok & Instagram algorithms
• Proven leadership experience (managing at least 2–5 team members)
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
• Existing network of creators is a strong advantage
