About The Role
- Lead and manage TikTok Affiliate & live commerce strategies
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators
- Optimize affiliate campaigns (GMV, conversion rate, ROI)
- Coordinate with brands, sellers, and internal stakeholders
- Develop SOPs and scale affiliate programs
- Monitor and evaluate performance via TikTok Shop dashboard
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, or Social Commerce
- Hands-on experience managing affiliate campaigns or live selling
- Strong understanding of conversion funnel (traffic → conversion → revenue)
- Target-driven with a strong focus on GMV growth
- Leadership and team management capabilities
