About The Role
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation and orientation coordination.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as employee records management, contract documentation, and HR data updates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and assist with HR documentation and filing.
- Support other HR operational tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
- Provide basic translation support (e.g., English–Mandarin / Mandarin–Indonesian) for internal communication, HR documents, or candidate communication when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration .
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin is required
