Automotive Skilled Technician

• Berman Hyundai is looking for a Skilled Technician to join our team! 
• Job Title: Automotive Skilled Technician
• Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Location: Lincolnwood, IL 

• Pay: $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Performing work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as an technician in a work setting
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Knowledge in aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
