Fast Food Restaurant Manager - Eatons Hill - (Drive-Thru)

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a dynamic team. Lead by example and build a positive, inclusive culture
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including stock management, compliance, scheduling, and team coordination
• Customer Experience: Maintain and elevate the Yiros Shop standard of service. Every guest deserves a warm welcome and a great meal
• Financial Management: Drive profitability by managing costs, maximising sales, and meeting KPIs
• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health standards are upheld at all times
• Brand Representation: Be a passionate ambassador for The Yiros Shop, reflecting our values of authenticity, quality, and community in everything you do

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 to 12 months management experience in hospitality or QSR
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on KPIs and financial performance
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• High standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences

Mandatory Requirements

• I'm Alert Food Safety Certificate (free online, must be completed before starting)  https://www.imalert.com.au/v6/  
• Valid working rights in Australia (passport and visa grant letter for international workers)
• RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
