Senior Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation (Remote - Bay Area, California)

• Candidates MUST be California State Barred and reside in Northern California
• Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join our team in Burbank, CA.
•   
• Associates will report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and are supported substantively and administratively by a large team of paralegals and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution
• Depositions:
• Preparing client for deposition
• Attending depositions
• Invoicing Depositions
• Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negations and moving matters towards resolution
• Responsive to incoming emails and phone calls
• Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed
• Team Player:
• Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example
• Participation in team events during work and after work hours
• Providing feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clients
• 3+ Years of Workers' Compensation Experience Required
• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
• Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
