Lead Security Analyst, Research Computing: Office of Innovative Technologies - UTK

The University of Tennessee, Knoxville is seeking a Lead Security Analyst – Research Computing to provide leadership for cybersecurity, governance, risk management, compliance, and assurance activities across research computing environments that support sensitive, restricted, and regulated data. This role is ideal for an experienced cybersecurity professional who combines technical security knowledge with program leadership, regulatory expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. You will work closely with research computing staff, researchers, faculty, compliance partners, central IT, auditors, and external stakeholders to strengthen research security capabilities, guide compliance efforts, and help protect critical research systems and information assets.
