We're looking for two Radiology Medical Receptionists to join our friendly O'Connor team. Whether you have previous medical reception experience or come from a strong customer service or administration background, if you're organised, compassionate and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you.

No two days are the same. You'll be supporting patients throughout their visit, coordinating appointments, assisting our clinical teams and helping deliver the exceptional service Apex Radiology is known for.

What you'll be doing

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional first impression.
• Book appointments and coordinate a range of diagnostic imaging services.
• Answer phone enquiries and assist patients and referrers with confidence and empathy.
• Register patients and maintain accurate medical records.
• Process billing, Medicare claims and EFTPOS transactions.
• Work closely with Radiologists, Technologists and clinical staff to support daily clinic operations.
• Help ensure an efficient, organised and patient-focused environment.

About you

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Ideally you'll have

• Previous experience in medical reception, healthcare administration or a customer service role.
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems (RIS experience is highly regarded).
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• A caring and professional approach to patient care.
• Confidence handling confidential information and financial transactions.
• Flexibility to support other Apex Perth clinics when required.
