Manager - Clinical Quality - Surgical Services

The Clinical Manager of Quality assist with facilitating the delivery of safe, outcomes-based practice, and participates in planning and implementing initiatives aimed at improving clinical quality outcomes and achieving departmental annual goals. The Clinical Manager of Quality participates in daily tasks, facilitates annual staff development recommendations, and collaborates with department leaders to establish major objectives and standards to comply with regulatory accreditation agencies.
