What You'll Do

Lead financial strategy for a key client account as part of the Leadership team. Drive forecast accuracy, budget management, cost savings, and insightful analytics that power strategic decision-making across real estate operations.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Shape financial direction for Leadership team
• Primary liaison with client's finance lead
• Drive innovation and value creation

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles across regions
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting in client formats
• Track cost savings (strategic portfolio, operational, capital)
• Consolidate JLL profitability plans

Client Delivery

• Manage multi-region client relationships
• Ensure contract compliance and budget adherence
• Oversee invoice processing, payments, and accounts receivable
• Maintain audit-ready financial controls

Team Development

• Structure and coach high-performing finance teams
• Set clear objectives and performance standards
• Foster collaboration and best practice sharing

Success Metrics

What You Bring

Essential Experience

• Senior finance role in multi-country operations
• Regional organization leadership
• US GAAP/IFRS exposure
• SOX and regulatory compliance expertise

Qualifications

• MBA/Masters in Finance/Business
• Professional accounting qualification
• Fluent English
