Production Supervisor

This position will be responsible for achieving production KPIs including productivity, efficiency, safety, material consumption, and cost optimization. Oversees production performance monitoring, MIS reporting, material availability for crane assembly, and coordination with supply chain teams. Ensures compliance with EMS and EnMS requirements, drives continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, and leads cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. Requires strong expertise in manufacturing processes, assembly operations, SAP/ERP systems, and leadership skills.
