YOUR TASKS
As a Building Technician, you support our Facility Team in ensuring smooth and reliable site operations. You are the go-to person for practical facility topics and contribute your technical know-how and hands-on skills wherever quick, reliable and pragmatic solutions are needed in day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities include in particular
- Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work in the building and on the technical infrastructure
- Working on electrical equipment and systems within the scope of your qualification
- Supporting general hands-on maintenance and repair tasks in daily site operations
- Supporting the execution and documentation of recurring inspection and control tasks, e.g. on doors, locks, hold-open systems, emergency lighting and door monitoring devices
- Troubleshooting, initial assessment and, where possible, resolving issues in the building or with operating equipment
- Supporting the coordination of external service providers for maintenance, repair and servicing work
