About The Role

About LumiMeds

LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.

As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.

We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.

Seniority: Mid-Level / Senior (Individual Contributor)

Role Overview

LumiMeds is a high-growth telehealth platform building the next generation of virtual telehealth infrastructure. We are looking for an AI-First Marketing QA & Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone and quality guardian of our marketing engine. In this role, you will not just manually check copy and coordinate campaigns; you will build and manage AI-driven workflows that do the heavy lifting for you. You will be responsible for ensuring every piece of marketing collateral—from ad copy and landing pages to email sequences—is flawless, on-brand, and compliant. We expect you to be an AI power user who leverages LLMs and automation tools to scale our marketing operations securely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Quality Assurance: Design and implement automated QA workflows using AI to review marketing copy for grammar, brand voice consistency, and formatting before deployment.

Campaign Coordination & Execution: Manage the marketing backlog, ensuring all assets (creative, copy, tracking links) are staged, tested, and deployed flawlessly across digital channels.

Workflow Automation: Build and maintain zap/make automations integrated with LLM APIs to streamline repetitive marketing tasks, such as generating copy variations, formatting weekly newsletters, or parsing campaign performance data.

Prompt Engineering & Tool Management: Act as the internal champion for marketing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney), developing and maintaining a library of high-performing prompts for the broader team to use.

Compliance Verification: Cross-reference all outbound marketing materials against strict healthcare advertising guidelines to ensure patient trust and regulatory safety.

Required Hard Skills & AI Stack

AI Workflow Expertise: Proven ability to build multi-step automated pipelines using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n, directly integrated with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs.

Advanced Prompt Engineering: Deep understanding of how to constrain and guide LLMs to produce highly specific, brand-safe marketing outputs and rigorous QA audits.

Marketing Operations: Strong technical understanding of marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Meta Ads, Google Ads) and the ability to test complex tracking pixels and UTM parameters.

QA Methodologies: Experience establishing robust review processes, A/B test tracking, and pre-flight checklists for high-traffic consumer campaigns.

Candidate Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, QA, or digital campaign coordination.
  • AI-Native Mindset: You naturally look to AI and automation first to solve operational bottlenecks rather than relying solely on manual effort.
  • High Agency: Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and make high-leverage decisions without constant supervision.
  • Communication: Professional proficiency in English for technical documentation and collaboration.
  • Operational Alignment: Maintain a synchronous, high-velocity schedule alongside the core team (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday).
  • Why Join LumiMeds?
  • Tech-First Culture: We value engineering excellence and encourage the use of cutting-edge AI tools to solve problems faster.
  • High Complexity: Work on "hard" engineering problems involving real-time data, complex state machines, and high-stakes reliability.
  • Direct Impact: Your architecture will directly affect patient outcomes and the efficiency of healthcare providers.

How to Apply

  • If this role sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your application in English and ensure your resume reflects relevant experience for the role.
  • This position is open to candidates based in approved locations, depending on the role and business needs. Qualified applicants will be contacted for next steps.
  • LumiMeds is an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on skills, experience, and alignment with our values.
  • Please note: This role requires professional-level English communication and availability to work U.S. business hours.
