The Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide delegated nursing care and individualised case management under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring precise documentation of all client-related interactions. You will deliver holistic care that aligns with Consumer Directed Care principles, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective care delivery.

Responsibilities include

• Promotes and delivers holistic care focusing on client needs and rights through assessment, prevention, early detection, referral, and health promotion activities.
• Delivers nursing care in adherence with relevant legislation and organisational policies
• Provides delegated nursing care and individualised case management for residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

About You

To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have

• Diploma of Nursing (required)
• Experience in aged care (highly desirable)
• Strong knowledge of Quality Care Service Management, Clinical Practices and Standards, Legal & Regulatory Compliance and Patient Case Management skills.
• Excellent communication, adaptive thinking, planning and prioritisation, and cross-functional team working skills.
• Prior to commencement - c omplete a National P olice C heck and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)

The Ormsby,a 136-bed residential aged care facility located in the beautiful Buderim. The Ormsby is close to shops, banks, schools and medical services, while still being a part of the welcoming, friendly Buderim village and only 15 minutes from the Sunsh
