About The Role

Your Role as a Rostering Coordinator

Reporting to the Central Rostering Team Leader, you'll provide administrative and rostering support to the Central Rostering team while helping ensure our Residential Aged Care services remain appropriately staffed.

This role also provides relief coverage for Rostering Coordinators during planned and unplanned leave, making it a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous rostering or workforce scheduling experience (highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate rosters with minimal supervision while working to tight deadlines.
  • Experience working within health, aged care or disability services (highly regarded).
  • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, Aged Care, NDIS, Fair Work legislation and Enterprise Agreements relating to workforce rostering.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Experience using AlayaCare, CRM or similar rostering systems will be highly regarded.
  • A flexible approach with a willingness to participate in ongoing learning and development.
