Director, GWBIB - Corporate Advisory (Transaction Structuring & Advisory) MY

The role entails acting as a senior client-facing originator and execution lead within Transaction Structuring and Advisory, responsible for originating structuring and advisory mandates and leading end-to-end execution of complex transactions across M&A, ECM, DCM, hybrid/structured and cross-border products. The role works closely with senior bankers, IB coverage teams and GWB product partners to shape optimal transaction structures for clients, lead deal teams on live mandates and contribute meaningfully to the financial and performance objectives of TSA and IB.
