YOUR TASKS

• You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay
• You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out
• You are the first point of contact for our guests and all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians
• You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities
• You take care of operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering to e-mails and online requests, up-selling, responding to online reviews and much more
• You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one
• You’re flexible and understand that we are rotation shifts (Morning, Evening and Night shifts)
• Last but not least ; you’re a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then

YOUR PROFILE

• You possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitality
• You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks
• You are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experience for our guests
• You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together
• You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)
• You are fluent in English (B2) and Italian
