To support our Studio team in Milan, we are looking for a motivated Catalog Specialist @NET-A-PORTER @MR PORTER

Location: Our Office in Milan

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Enter and manage technical specifications and key product information on a

daily basis

  • Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, requesting and

following up on missing technical details and product specifications

  • Support the Senior Catalog Specialist with product planning and task

coordination

  • Act as the first point of escalation for the team, helping to resolve day-to-day

technical, system, or information-related issues

  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on product data to ensure accuracy,

ToV alignment, and legal compliance before go-live

  • Take ownership of updating resources for the Product Copy and Catalog teams, including maintaining and adapting guidelines and documentation as needed
  • Ensure clothing racks, trolleys, and studio spaces remain organized and

efficient for everyday use

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2–3 years of experience in catalog management; experience within fashion,

design, or e-commerce is a plus

  • Solid understanding of fashion, including luxury brands, products, textiles, and industry standards and guide junior team members
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate and

consistent product information across brands and platforms

  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a drive to improve processes and

workflows

  • Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects, while supporting team

priorities and deadlines

  • Experienced in reviewing product data and conducting quality checks for

accuracy, ToV, and compliance

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good knowledge of MS Office, CMS systems, and other content or catalog management platforms

  1. Starting annual gross base salary: €27.000. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process.
