Currently undergoing a major renovation while continuing to trade, the venue is set to unveil its fresh new look in early August. We're searching for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and help shape the next era of this much-loved Gold Coast local.

As Head Chef, you'll take ownership of all kitchen operations, including

• Leading, mentoring and developing a large kitchen brigade
• Managing labour, wages and kitchen financial performance
• Controlling stock, ordering and cost of goods
• Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency
• Driving a positive, high-performing kitchen culture
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and WHS standards
• Delivering memorable dining experiences for every guest

About You

We're looking for a chef who brings

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume venue
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent understanding of kitchen financials, rostering and cost control
• A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
