We're on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and continue delivering an exceptional food offering in this busy, community-focused venue.

About the Role

As Head Chef, you'll take ownership of all kitchen operations, including

• Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing kitchen brigade
• Managing labour, stock and cost of goods
• Delivering exceptional food quality and consistency
• Driving a positive and accountable kitchen culture
• Maintaining food safety and WHS compliance
• Managing rostering, ordering and kitchen financial performance
• Creating memorable dining experiences for locals and tourists alike

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume venue
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent understanding of kitchen financials and cost control
• A passion for quality food and team development
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Australian working rights or eligibility for sponsorship
