The New Zealand Venue Co. family are looking for talented and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our Auckland venue team. Our company’s rapid growth will provide you with multiple avenues to develop your career to its full potential!

The successful candidates will possess a friendly personality, good communication skills, ability to thrive under pressure and strong multi-tasking skills. This role will entail assisting in the day-to-day operations of the venue, working collaboratively and providing support to the staff and management team.

What we need from you

• A passion for the hospitality industry
• A friendly, enthusiastic, can-do attitude
• Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
• At least 12 months of restaurant and hospitality service experience
• Flexible availability to work rostered shifts as our venues operate Monday to Sunday

What will your job duties include?

• Effective day to day communication with a multi-skilled team
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks at a high quality standard
• Support staff in delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Participate in and maintain knowledge of venue events and promotions
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment as per the venues standards
• Troubleshooting and problem solving, including customer complaint resolution
