The Terminus Hotel is one of Yarrawonga's favourite local venues, offering a vibrant bistro, gaming, sports bar and welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of the venue.

About the Role

Working closely with the Venue Manager, you'll lead shifts across all areas of the business, support the team, and ensure every guest enjoys a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across the bar, bistro and gaming areas
• Coach, support and develop team members
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest enquiries
• Manage cash handling, banking and end-of-day procedures
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, gaming and venue policies
• Maintain high presentation and safety standards throughout the venue
• Support functions, promotions and live entertainment
• Create a positive team culture while leading by example

About You

We're looking for someone who has

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or hospitality leader
• Experience working in a busy pub or licensed venue
• Strong knowledge of gaming operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach with a passion for customer service
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
• Current RSA and RSG certificates
