Founder's Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE

A fast-growing, early-stage consumer nutrition brand in the men's health space is hiring its first full-time Founder's Associate based in Berlin. This is a high-impact generalist role working directly with the founder across brand, product, and go-to-market — making you a core shaper of the company's culture, direction, and Germany-first launch. The right candidate may be considered for a co-founder path.

This is an on-site role in Berlin. You must be fluent in German and eligible to work in Germany without visa sponsorship.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ramp up quickly and support the founder across operations, brand, and product tasks day-to-day.
• Own go-to-market activities with a focus on Germany.
• Contribute to brand building, product taste, style, and positioning for a consumer lifestyle product.
• Coordinate a small, scrappy team including a Werkstudent, an incoming intern, and a fractional head of performance.
• Execute ad-hoc operational projects with high autonomy and low supervision.
• Help define early customer experiences and establish feedback loops for a consumer product.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and contractors on-site in Berlin.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-haves

• Based in Berlin and fully available to work on-site.
• Fluent in German (hard requirement for the Germany-first go-to-market).
• Eligible to work in Germany — no visa sponsorship is available.
• Strong generalist drive with the ability to learn quickly across domains in a startup environment.
• Genuine affinity for brand building and consumer products — this is not a pure SaaS or analytics role.
• Demonstrated taste, style, and feel for what makes a compelling consumer brand.
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy and executing both strategic and operational tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in a startup, consumer brand, or early-stage company.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (helpful, not required).
• 0–4 years of experience in relevant areas; entry-level candidates with strong potential are very welcome.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: €24,000 – €36,000 per year
• Equity: 5% ESOP
• Co-founder path: Genuine consideration for the right candidate
