Job Description

• Maintain and continuously update the report of new product/business pipeline and contribution
• Manage the end-to-end process of strategic projects, ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Manage and optimize the company’s internal innovation management and stage-gate processes
• Assist in daily business development tasks and operations.
• Prepare and review business development reports and documentation.
• Support the business development team in achieving departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with business standards and regulations.
• Memelihara dan memperbarui secara berkala laporan pipeline produk/bisnis baru beserta kontribusinya
• Mengelola proses end-to-end dari proyek-proyek strategis, serta memastikan kelancaran komunikasi antara pemangku kepentingan internal dan mitra eksternal
• Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan manajemen inovasi internal perusahaan dan proses stage-gate
• Membantu dalam tugas dan operasi harian pengembangan bisnis.
• Menyiapkan dan meninjau laporan dan dokumentasi pengembangan bisnis.
• Mendukung tim pengembangan bisnis dalam mencapai tujuan departemen.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar dan regulasi bisnis.
