Job Description Summary

Drive Profitable growth by providing, focus and execution of all Marketing activities within the appoint ed segment, targeted customers in Europe and business units. In this case the focus will be Food Manufactures (Savory snacks, prepared meals, alternative protein)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leading appointed segment by Campaigns & targeted events – Cross category. Leveraging existing Innovation, Global Fla vourIQ t rends & I nsights
  • Drive Strategic Customers Growth: Through Proactive Activations defined Growth Moments Calendar According to account plans and service level - from cross segment content creation to activation and follow up.
  • Enable Innovation Customer Engagement : From Validation to Commercialization
  • He-she is a key member & contributor of the appointed segment GTM teams & the Segment Customer Marketing Team . bringing inspiring market and consumer insights to support new menu development and translating ideas into actionable concepts that engage chefs and guide R&D innov a tio n
  • Responsible for creation & execution of Segment & Unit Plans ( With Business Development as Accountable)
  • Serves as a key project manager, supporting the Business development team on customer-specific product development opportunities
  • Clearly positions Griffith Foods as the preeminent product development partner with key customers, collaborating with cross-functional peers to deliver best-in-class customer solutions
  • Assesses primary and secondary research and is capable of clearly communicating trends and insights to key customers.
  • Leads commercial efforts at trade events designed to elevate the Griffith Foods brand within targeted segment-specific trade organizations
  • Acts as linking pin with global segment teams , ensuring alignment European activation with global focus areas
  • Own end-to-end project execution with a hands-on approach, ensuring seamless coordination, reporting, and engagement of internal team stakeholders for successful outcomes

Functional Knowledge

  • Knowledge of multidisciplinary project management.
  • Planning & execution : Capable of operating individually and to advance and close multiple projects at the same time.
  • Good financial knowledge. Being able to think in scenarios .
  • Results oriented, creative with excellent problem solving, analytical and influencing skills
  • This individual must be capable of turning insights into opportunities and driving customers to Griffith Foods solutions.
  • Willing to travel with an a verage of 30 – 40%. Mostly within Europe .

This will be according to the customers' and internal meetings requirements and service level . Regularly required to participate in cross-functional meetings across Griffith sites in Europe .

Business Expertise

  • 5 years’ minimum previous experience in the Food Industry . Experience in both B2B and B2C is highly valuable (retail or foodservice experience is a plus).
  • Previous Experience at a Food ingredients Company, ideally in Marketing, Innovation, Product Development
  • Experience in Business-to-Business and clear understanding on how to create and deliver value propositions to Customers

Compensation

The starting base salary is 53,000 EUR fix gross per year + Bonus + Benefits
