About The Role
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: JP1
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
- Must have a strong work ethic (dependable, punctual, eagerness to learn).
- Ability to follow instructions and capable of follow through for completion of tasks timely and accurately.
- Computer skills required.
- Ability to work and communicate with people in the business and legal areas as well as the general public in a professional manner.
- Must have good phone etiquette.
- Must be able to concentrate in an active environment.
- Knowledge of legal terminology preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work diligently.
- Must possess written and oral communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Current Texas Driver’s License.
EXAMPLES OF JOB DUTIES
- Receives, prepares and process a variety of jail documents/records.
- Inputs, accesses and maintains databases, files and other documents.
- Interacts effectively with the public or other departments in regard to filings by answering routine inquiries and processing requests for information.
- Coordinate court settings.
- Receives, prepares, and process a variety of documents, records, payments and receipts for criminal and civil cases.
- Answer the telephone and direct phone calls to the appropriate personal entity.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
SALARY: $30,136.00 / ANNUALLY
