 JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Landscape Technical Executive leads technical documentation, construction detailing, shop drawing review and site coordination efforts for landscape projects. The role ensures accuracy of technical deliverables and supports the landscape architect in resolving complex technical and coordination issues. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead preparation and review of landscape technical drawings, BIM models and detailed specifications. • Coordinate technical information with structural, M&E, environmental and horticultural specialists. • Review detailed shop drawings, samples and technical submissions for quality and compliance. • Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations to resolve issues. • Support construction-stage coordination, responding to RFIs and updating drawings. • Mentor junior technical staff and oversee documentation standards. • Assist in preparing reports, tender packages and technical schedules. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture or related fields. • 8-10+ years of technical landscape experience. • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and landscape detailing. • Strong understanding of planting, hardscape systems and landscape buildability. • Excellent coordination, communication and documentation skills.
