Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Import and Export:

• Oversee import, export, and local fulfillment processes.
• Facilitate the customs clearance process for imported and exported goods.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

1. Compliance and Regulations:

• Stay informed about and ensure adherence to import and export regulations.
• Interact with government agencies to guarantee compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, and related activities.

1. Warehouse and 3PL Management:

• Plan, organize, and evaluate physical stock counts.
• Implement measures to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Develop shipment plans aligned with customer requirements.
• Liaise with transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries
• SLA management.

1. Procurement:

• Generate purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists
• Oversee the procurement process to meet organisational needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Import and Export, Supply Chain Management, or Warehouse Management
• More than three years of relevant work experience in supply chain management
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, mange and track multiple processes concurrently
• Proficient in ysing logistics software, including ERP systems
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and foster positive relationships to ensure smooth operations
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
