• Managing administrative-related tasks and improving customer support by;
• Keeping record of customer proposals, order capturing, and confirmations
• Processing purchase orders, sales orders, and reports
• Reviewing client T&C’s – align with Normet T&C’s
• Processing and issuing order confirmations （spare parts）
• Tracking Spare part lead times
• Expediting of spare parts, prioritization of part supply, rush orders vs planned spares supply, and investigating alternative sourcing to expedite and improve lead times with NIL for customer Back Orders
• Back-order report analysis and reconciliation
• Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
