About The Role

One of Essel's clients is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and seeing projects through from start to finish.

In this role, you'll be focused on managing restoration projects end-to-end —overseeing crews and subcontractors, tracking labor budgets and schedules, preparing estimates, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within scope.

What you’ll do

Manage labor budgets, schedules, and timelines
Coordinate crews and subcontractors
Prepare estimates, budgets, and cost reports
Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
Communicate progress and technical details to clients

What we’re looking for

2+ years of Project Management experience
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Experience managing multiple projects at once
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Xactimate experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Being able to work remotely out of San Jose, CA and travel to client sites and meetings.
