About The Role

Role Objective

To support and drive brand solutions and integrations for Non-Fiction properties on JioHotstar, working closely with Content and Sales teams. The role will focus on developing effective monetisation solutions, enabling brand partnerships, and ensuring seamless integration execution aligned with creative and platform standards.

Scope & Key Responsibilities

Brand Solutions Strategy & Execution

  • Contribute to the development of brand solutions strategy for the Non-Fiction slate, aligned to revenue and business priorities.
  • Conceptualise and execute brand integration ideas including sponsorships, in-content integrations, and branded segments.
  • Work with Sales teams to support monetisation opportunities across shows and properties.
  • Identify opportunities for integrations across different stages of content lifecycle (development, launch, ongoing seasons).

Sales Enablement & Partnership Support

  • Act as a key point of contact from the Content team for Sales, providing inputs on integration feasibility and execution.
  • Translate sales briefs into relevant and compelling content-led solutions.
  • Support pitches and client conversations through presentations and solution articulation.

Content Integration & Execution Oversight

  • Collaborate with Content, Programming, and Production teams to implement brand integrations effectively.
  • Ensure integrations are seamless, aligned to content tonality, and enhance viewer experience.
  • Manage execution across multiple campaigns, tracking delivery and resolving day-to-day challenges.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Content, Production, Legal, and external partners.
  • Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and approvals for integrations.
  • Support resolution of operational or execution-related challenges.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Track integration commitments, campaign delivery, and performance metrics.
  • Support post-campaign analysis and reporting to derive actionable insights.
  • Contribute to building best practices for brand solutions and integrations.

Capabilities Required

  • Understanding of brand solutions, integrated marketing, and content monetisation.
  • Strong execution capability with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Ability to collaborate across stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commercial awareness with sensitivity to content and audience experience.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Experience & Profile

  • 7–10 years of experience in Brand Solutions, Content Partnerships, Integrated Marketing, or Media Sales support roles.
  • Exposure to OTT / TV / Digital content ecosystems; Non-Fiction experience preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across Sales, Content, and Production.
  • Prior experience in handling brand integrations or campaign execution will be an advantage.
