About the Role
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial leader to spearhead strategic partnerships and unlock new growth opportunities across CTV platforms, Mobile OEMs, distribution ecosystems, and emerging channels. This role will be responsible for driving app reach, distribution, subscription growth from new channels, and strategic partner-led business initiatives, while ensuring flawless execution of ongoing partner commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ecosystem expansion across CTV platforms, Mobile OEMs, SVOD partnerships, retail/channel partnerships, remote hotkey integrations, and emerging distribution channels.
- Own and manage ongoing strategic partnerships across CTV platforms, Mobile OEMs, platform partners, and distribution ecosystems, ensuring delivery of business objectives and partner commitments.
- Coordinate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Partner Marketing teams to drive launch readiness, partner integrations, and timely execution of deliverables.
- Build and scale new business opportunities beyond traditional distribution partnerships, including app-store activations, content-led collaborations, subscription bundles, and other innovative commercial constructs.
- Explore and unlock product-level partnerships involving premium technology integrations (HDR, Dolby, platform features, etc.) and expand the business into emerging ecosystems such as automotive, wearables, connected devices, and future distribution channels.
- Support end-to-end partner lifecycle management, including commercial discussions, negotiations, launch execution, governance, performance tracking, and escalation management.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive GTM success, maximize partner value, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- This role is expected to spend approximately 70% of its time driving execution and operations, and 30% providing strategic inputs (including frameworks and guardrails for closing partnership constructs).
Experience
- Atleast 5-10 years of proven experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, or Ecosystem Partnerships, with a track record of scaling large partnerships.
- Proven ability to create and execute complex, multi-partner deal.
- BD/Negotiation skills –Strong business development and negotiation capabilities, with demonstrated experience independently leading and closing large-value commercial partnerships (Rs.10 Cr+).
- Deep understanding of OTT, CTV, Mobile OEM, Connected Device, and Digital Media ecosystems (atleast 2 out of the 5 industries mentioned).
Qualifications
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred.
- Strong understanding of the India OTT ecosystem, digital media landscape, connected TV ecosystem, and broader content distribution trends.
- Willingness to travel as required.
