IT SAP PP Expert

About the role

The SAP PP and Supply Chain expert is responsible for the implementation and support of SAP application within his/her PP domain (PP-PI, Planning) and Supply Chain

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the solution development and optimization in the SAP PP & Supply C hain module, owns the application’s lifecycle.
• Together with the business expert s identif ies proactively and implement s process improvements within the SAP PP & Supply chain module to enhance business ownership and production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
• Design s /configure s , drives the implementation, support s the deployment of project and change requests for SAP PP & Supply chain module and its interfaces for all Euroapi sites and entities.
• Identif ies the PP issue s and participate s in resolving them , support s the collaboration with other domains and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure s that any delivery inside his/her domain(s) from him/her or any other internal or external resource meets ITS standards & regulatory requirements according to defined SLA and has no impact on the integrity of the solution overall.
• Collaborate s with business and ITS stakeholders to provide assistance to users and ensure the right usage of SAP platform for her/his domain(s). This includes gathering business requirements, translating them into functional requirements, recommending and implementing solutions by configuring SAP and working with developers, business and other technical teams to meet ongoing business needs and fix issues.

Professional experience, education, and knowledge

• 5+ years of experience as SAP consultant
• M a ster ’s degree or equivalent
• Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering, Business school or similar area s
• Significant experience in SAP deployment in industrial plants
• Process Industry knowledge will be a plus
• SAP technical and/or functional skills

• Knowledge of Business processes related to the SAP module

Languages

• Fluent in English
• French is a plus
