Learning & Development Lead

The Learning & Development Lead is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning and capability development across Astemo UK, Ltd. The role supports operational excellence, safety, compliance, and future workforce capability within a manufacturing and engineering environment.

Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, HSE and HR, the L&D Lead ensures that employees at all levels have the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to deliver business objectives, support continuous improvement, and respond to evolving technology and customer requirements.
