Site Training Specialist

Sterile University is Curia Albuquerque’s learning and development function that trains, equips, and certifies staff to perform the essential duties of their roles. The Training Specialist will support the planning and execution of instructor-led training for the site. They will also serve as site-wide learning management system (LMS) administrators, providing customer service and pro-actively supporting site-wide on-time training compliance. They will help coordinate schedules for annual training sessions. They will bring their passion for continuous learning to grow their career while making a positive impact on the goals and priorities of the team.
