About The Role

The Transfer Agent is responsible for making outbound dials, verifying the correct consumer and efficiently transferring the right party to the destination agent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies consumer Identity and transfers them to the correct destination agent though outbound calling. 95%
  • Perform other duties, as assigned. 5%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE: 1+ year general office experience with exposure to standard business processes

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES

  • Data Entry knowledge
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • English literacy and oral skills
  • Self-Motivated & Driven by Earning Incentives
  • For Costa Rica Only: Spanish fluency; English (Verbal: 70%+, Written: 70%+, Reading comprehension: 70%+)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Associate's

EXPERIENCE: 1+ year in customer service field directly working with customers to resolve their issues

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES

  • Effective problem solving; time management/organizational skills; customer service skills; conflict management skills;
  • Ability to communicate assertively and work by objectives
