About the opportunity

You will join the global Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) team with a focus on Chemical Product Compliance. In this expert role, you will ensure that products meet global chemical safety and regulatory requirements while supporting internal and external stakeholders with your specialised knowledge.

Your tasks include

  • Provide regulatory guidance on chemical compliance and product safety requirements to internal and external stakeholders,
  • Monitor global chemical regulations (e.g. REACH, BPR, GHS, dangerous goods) and evaluate their impact on the product portfolio,
  • Maintain and manage product, raw material, and regulatory data in SAP EH&S
  • Create, update, and manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for multiple regions and markets,
  • Ensure accurate classification and labeling of products according to GHS and transport regulations,
  • Support SAP EH&S implementation and improvement projects as a subject matter expert,
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across global sites to optimize compliance processes,
  • This role do not include people management.

Your profile

  • Degree in chemistry, environmental science or a related field
  • Solid experience in chemical regulatory compliance and product safety/product stewardship
  • Strong knowledge of REACH and REACH-like regulations, BPR, GHS classification and labeling, and dangerous goods regulations
  • Experience working with SAP EH&S or similar IT systems is highly desirable
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex regulatory topics clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment
