Principais responsabilidades

• Apoiar atividades administrativas e operacionais da área.
• Auxiliar os Assistentes Administrativos nas rotinas diárias.
• Dar suporte aos Assistentes de Campo em atividades operacionais.
• Colaborar com as equipes de campo para o andamento das demandas do dia a dia.
• Organizar documentos, controles e informações da área.
• Apoiar no preenchimento de planilhas e acompanhamento de processos internos.
• Contribuir para a execução de atividades que promovam a eficiência operacional.

Requisitos

Obrigatórios

• Ter interesse em desenvolver carreira na área administrativa e operacional.
• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
• Vontade de aprender e desenvolver novas habilidades.
• Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office (Excel, Word e Outlook).

Diferenciais

• Conhecimento básico em rotinas administrativas.
• Facilidade com ferramentas digitais e sistemas corporativos.
