Role Overview

We are looking for skilled, enthusiastic, and diligent early-career talent with strong spoken English and the ability to communicate effectively with global teams. In this role, you will be trained as a Data Processing Specialist and will support the full data production lifecycle, from data collection and processing to quality assurance and client delivery, across on-premise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and third-party integrations. You will also be responsible for documenting workflows and system topologies, performing data quality checks, and generating reports to support accurate decision-making. Working closely with global teams, you will help ensure alignment with corporate IT standards and contribute to continuous process improvement.

This role involves maintaining and optimising proprietary business applications, supporting process automation, and ensuring compliance with corporate IT and security standards. All changes, including updates, patches, and migrations, must align with global IT policies. Strong collaboration with both local and global teams will be essential to driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain proprietary business applications, ensuring stability and performance.
• Design, document, and update workflows, system topologies, and process diagrams for critical applications.
• Oversee daily data processing from measurement devices, ensuring methodological compliance.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business requirements.
• Generate and deliver reports on process flows, system performance, and data integrity.
• Support project-related tasks, including application upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Expand and maintain the IT knowledge base with comprehensive technical and process documentation.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and security standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications in IT process management, data governance, or business application administration are a plus.

Technical Expertise

• Ability to quickly learn and master proprietary proprietary business applications.
• Strong skills in analyzing application workflows and documenting system topologies.
• Proficiency in creating detailed process documentation using tools like Visio, Draw.io, or similar.
• Experience with Linux operating system derivatives and bash scripting.
• Experience with data management (SQL, Excel, or similar)

Soft Skills

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic IT environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in mission-critical environments.
• Team player with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for working with global teams.
• Ability to write technical guides in English.
