Sr. Project Manager - Product Support

The Sr Project Manager Product Support is the strategic service interface between our local or central teams and the customers in charge of those projects (Energy, Major infrastrutture), at an international scale.

He/she leads all internal contributors who are supporting prestigious major construction projects regarding aftersales matters, starting at offer stage, and for the entire duration of those projects.

He/she leads all aftersales activities related to those Major Projects.

He/she leads the selection and development of service providers towards those projects, and tracks their performance.

He/she's maximizing Manitowoc non new machine sales growth on those projects.

His/her ultimate goals are to ensure customer satisfaction, ensure on schedule and on budget delivery of the service solutions, as well as best-in-class uptime of Potain cranes on those projects.
