Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate sub-projects within the broader finance project team members and country and regional peers of the ESPHORA program
- Develop a standardized status reporting framework for Account-to-Report and related finance teams
- Prepare, conduct, and debrief of project workshops
- Timely address problems and escalations to Project Lead Finance AtR
- Manage, communicate within the AtR and Finance team the integrated and more detailed project plan and its timeline
- Help align cross-workstream topics and issues to supportdecision making within the global PMO organization
- Drive for project governance improvements
- Collect and revie contributions to Design Review Board / Change Control Board from the regional teams and sub-workstream leads
- Ensure documentations for demand requests, requirements is comprehensive and complete
- Participate in dedicated release status calls, also covering the GPO (while absent/ not present)
- Follow up with extended GBS deployment team on key milestones and provide guidance
- Supports the Project Lead AtR in creating minutes, read-outs and slide decks for/over workshops
Requirements
- Academic degree or equivalent diploma in relevant subject matter (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Management)
- Proven background in finance (Record-to-Report, controlling, FP&A), minimum 5-7 years ,
- Proven project management skills in a fast-paced, agile environment (> 3 years)
- Experience in SAP ERP (S/4 HANA – FI/CO) or CPM roll-out projects
- Excellent English language, speaking and writing in a business context
- Additional languages beneficial
- Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding
- Proficient social competence paired with persuasiveness and self-confidence, high level of energy and positivity based on a sincere personality
- Passion for continuous learning, ability to solid comprehension and fast familiarization with new and complex tasks
- Good skills to set priorities and self-manage high volume workload
- Very structured way of working with strong focus on efficient and effective processes even under pressure
- Understand SAP products (S/4, Datasphere, SAP Group Reporting)
- Knowledge of project documentation software (e.g. JIRA)
