DNC Facility Services is currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our custodial team at a private educational facility in Bossier City, Louisiana.

This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organized environments and who thrive in a structured work setting with consistent routines and clear expectations.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday - 6 hr shifts
• Evening/Night shifts during the school year
• Daytime shifts during summer months for floor care/summer deep clean projects
• No rotating schedules
• Consistent hours

Position Overview

As a Custodial Technician, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe learning environment for students, faculty, and staff. Team members are expected to follow detailed cleaning procedures and maintain high standards throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
• Restock restroom and facility supplies
• Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors
• Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently, thoroughly, and on schedule
• Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout each shift

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn established cleaning procedures and standards
• Custodial or floor care experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation required
• Must pass a background check (required for school setting)
