The opportunity
As a BDM, you'll own a protected territory and run the full 360° sales cycle — from cold outreach to close — selling our complete technology stack to SME and mid-market businesses. You'll have BDEs generating qualified appointments and a structure built for high performers.
What you'll be doing
- Prospecting: Research your territory and run outbound campaigns to turn cold prospects into opportunities
- Consultative selling: Run discovery calls and face-to-face meetings; present tailored solutions that solve real business problems
- Closing deals: Navigate complex B2B cycles with multiple stakeholders and close through value
- Account growth: Cross-sell, upsell, and generate referrals to build long-term strategic partnerships

- Financial services, SaaS, logistics — if you can prospect, qualify, and close, we can teach you the product.
- What we're looking for
- Proven B2B sales experience — complex or solution-based selling preferred
- A hunter mentality: energised by cold outreach, new accounts, and winning from scratch
- Resilience and autonomy — you take full ownership of your results
- Coachable with a growth mindset; telecoms, IT, or cyber security background a bonus
The process
- Phone screening with Talent Partner (20–30 mins)
- Video interview with Sales Manager (45 mins–1 hour)
- Final interview with Head of Sales / Director + prospecting / presentation exercise (1–1.5 hours)
What’s in it for you?
- Base salary: Depending on experience & target level
- Car Allowance: £400pcm (£4,800pa)
- Real earning potential: No thresholds or limits – Industry Leading GP commission share + monthly accelerators
- Year 1 OTE: £65–80k I Year 2–3 OTE: £80–100k | Top performers: £100k+
- Flexible working: 2 days WFH (performance-dependent), work from any UK office.
