Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant
Location: Belgrade, Hybrid
Position Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team and support full-cycle recruitment activities across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, sourcing active and passive talent through multiple recruitment channels, and partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver a high-quality hiring experience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting people with meaningful career opportunities, skilled at building trusted relationships, and motivated by solving recruitment challenges in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions across the Europe region, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and hiring process completion.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and senior stakeholders to understand business needs, align on candidate profiles, and move candidates effectively through the selection process.
- Source active and passive candidates through a variety of channels, including recruitment management systems, external job boards, LinkedIn, networking platforms, referrals, niche sites, and other relevant sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate pre-screen assessments and provide clear, timely, and detailed candidate summaries to hiring managers.
- Support the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies, including proactive outreach, referral generation, and market mapping activities.
- Manage candidate communication and offer negotiation processes while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
- Promote the employer value proposition and represent the organization professionally in all candidate and stakeholder interactions.
- Maintain recruiting process discipline, compliance, and data accuracy within relevant recruitment systems.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by the Employer.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate recruitment or recruitment agency environment.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards and LinkedIn.
- Experience managing recruitment processes and working with stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Workday or another recruitment management system.
- Training or practical experience in internet search techniques, Boolean search, or advanced sourcing methods.
- Experience in high-volume and/or consultative recruiting environments.
- Experience supporting recruitment across multiple countries or regions.
- Familiarity with recruitment compliance, vendor coordination, or compensation-related recruitment processes.
