Join Our Team as a Warehouse Specialist!

We’re looking for a Warehouse Specialist to help keep our warehouse operations organized, accurate, and running efficiently. This role works closely with the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, and internal departments to maintain inventory, track assets, coordinate stock movement, and ensure goods get where they need to go.

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily warehouse operations while maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  • Enter issued stock into QuickBooks and ensure inventory information is posted accurately.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct physical verification of minimum inventory levels, and coordinate ordering and replenishment as needed.
  • Analyze the movement of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and help ensure reporting remains accurate.
  • Maintain asset tagging records and coordinate asset transfers and disposal documentation with Finance and other departments.
  • Help enforce receiving and issuing procedures, maintain accurate warehouse material tracking, communicate cycle count discrepancies, and support resolution efforts.
  • You’ll also help optimize warehouse space, ensure timely delivery of goods to internal departments, and support a safe working environment by following company and OSHA safety requirements.

You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm, approachable, and focused on getting the job done.

What You Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • The ability to stay organized, multitask, meet deadlines, and complete projects independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work professionally and respectfully with employees across departments.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the confidence to make decisions when needed.
  • The ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, operating instructions, and other workplace documents, as well as prepare routine reports and correspondence.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience across areas such as Field Operations, warehouse processes, and procurement processes.
  • Must maintain an AB Guam Driver’s License .

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position . Flexibility may be required at select times based on department and company needs.

This is a hands-on role that combines inventory management, administrative work, communication, and warehouse operations. The position may require standing, walking, sitting, bending, climbing, pushing or pulling objects, driving, and occasionally lifting 25–50 pounds .
