Creative Activation  is on the lookout for  superstar retail Team Leader  to join our dedicated team for our client,  Coles, as part of the CRT team .

Merchandising experience preferred however, the right attitude is essential! You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, point of sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing.

If you are an independent and driven individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively, we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for supporting and managing merchandisers across  NSW .

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to

  • Take responsibility for the overall performance and executional standards of your State field team of merchandisers
  • Be the first escalation point for any store or client related field issues and resolve issues impacting KPI compliance in a timely manner
  • Ensure all tools and coaching is delivered to the team, in line with program guidelines, to develop a high-performance culture and enable the team to complete their reporting duties to the level required. 
  • Manage staff underperformance constructively and effectively in line with company policy and procedures
  • Provide team members with regular feedback, monitoring and coaching, using remote management tools (phone, email, Dashboard, coaching module)
  • Ensure a strong PURPLE culture is fostered within your state

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in a people/team management in either Retail or Field Marketing (preferred)
  • A reliable car and valid driver's license 
  • Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment with the ability to identify team opportunity areas and build strategies to ensure high performance.
  • Strong time and priority management skills.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel.
