KPS Interactive Media is a customer interaction and full-service provider specializing in Contact Center, Customer Care, and Fulfillment services. As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) , you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will provide professional support with all questions related to events and tickets while also assisting with inbound ticket sales and helping customers find the right events for them.

Your Challenge

  • Provide professional customer support via phone and written communication channels.
  • Handle inquiries related to tickets, orders, events, and customer accounts.
  • Independently resolve complaints and customer issues in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Support customers whenever they need assistance beyond our self-service options.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through personalized and service-focused solutions.
  • Sell tickets via inbound calls and advise customers on events, venues, and seating options.
  • Provide information on events, schedules, and ticket prices.
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve our customer service and internal processes.

​ What you'll need

Must-have

  • Previous experience in customer service, a contact center, or telephone-based customer support.
  • A strong customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic and professional communication style.
  • A structured, reliable, and independent way of working.
  • Confidence in handling demanding customer conversations.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Professional working proficiency in German and good English skills, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have

  • A passion for events, concerts, and live entertainment.
  • Experience handling customer complaints or working in complaint management.
  • A proactive mindset with ideas for continuously improving service processes.
