We are looking for support from September 2026 until the end of January 2027.

As part of our Customer Care Team at Kess Berlin , you will support our community with empathy and patience, ensuring that every customer feels well taken care of with every enquiry.

Your responsibilities include

• Communication: Support our customers with all enquiries relating to products and orders via email, chat and social media.
• Solution-oriented mindset: Independently identify and provide individual solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork: Work closely with the Product, Logistics and CRM teams to find the best possible solutions.
• Customer satisfaction: Respond to customer reviews and feedback.
• Optimisation: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services through customer feedback as well as your own observations.

What we expect from you

• You are currently studying and enrolled at a university. Previous experience in customer service within an e-commerce company is a plus.
• You are available to work 20 hours per week during the period stated above.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• A strong ability to identify the best solutions for a variety of customer enquiries.
• A proactive mindset, a strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills.
• A friendly, professional attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
